Please don't install the systemd service file(s) as executable files. Instead, install them as 644. Systemd shows this warning because of the executable bit:

Configuration file /usr/lib/systemd/user/mutt-vid@.timer is marked executable. Please remove executable permission bits. Proceeding anyway.
