Hi, I'm the co-maintainer of the package.

Unfortunately, my laptop's gpu died a few days ago. So I cannot bring lots of changes to the package. The only thing I can do right now is upgrading the package along with mr1441 only.

Sorry for the situation and I hope you understand it. If you want to be a co-maintainer of this package, please contact fiestalake@disroot.org and/or the other maintainers. Thanks.

If you are getting errors like fatal: bad revision '73e8cf32' while building this package, refer to PKGBUILD and see which patches caused this. Then, go to the related URLs, replace the commit hashes. If there are conflicts, comment out the patches.

Please notify me in comment section if this happens.

The optional performance patches are by default enabled.

Only thing regarding signatures I have set are SigLevel = Required DatabaseOptional TrustedOnly on pacman.conf.

Should be a safe setting to have set, anything else that can be done?

<deleted-account> commented on 2024-10-22 08:34 (UTC)

Not a package's fault. Disable the sign feature from makepkg and paru.

46.5-1 no longer has screenshot regression

<deleted-account> commented on 2024-09-14 08:27 (UTC)

@glorious-yellow It works fine here. Can you try 1:46.4+r18+g081b918ba-3?

glorious-yellow commented on 2024-09-14 04:59 (UTC)

Getting regression with 46.4+r18+g081b918ba-2, downgrading to 46.4+r17+g0d60d0720-1 solves the issue.

Issue is with screenshot UI, in new version cannot use mouse cursor to change the region selected for a screenshot.

I've only seen a minor difference in shell animations.

Kimiblock commented on 2024-09-14 03:25 (UTC)

Will do in an hour

<deleted-account> commented on 2024-09-13 14:37 (UTC)

@Kimiblock Added. Can you try testing it?

Kimiblock commented on 2024-09-13 10:25 (UTC)

Could you please include !4015 https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/mutter/-/merge_requests/4015, which seems to improve the performance of reverse prime? Thanks
