Updated to include hwloc. The cairo package always pulls in too many dependencies for my liking, but, nothing new there.

When trying to compile a program, I got an error in the config.log file about /opt/mvapich2/lib/libmpich.so missing a dependency of "hwloc". Installing the "hwloc" package fixed the problem.

Package also depends on bison.
