This works good with MX5000 keyboard too Thank you! Fails installing with yay, so just git clone https://github.com/jsparber/mx5500-set then go to folder, then "make".
The way to use: ./mx5500 and follow the instruction printed.
Example0 (try connection): try sudo ./mx5500 -b (/dev/hidraw0 is the keyboard device) You'll hear "beep" from the keyboard. Example1 (to set date and time to current): sudo ./mx5500 -t /dev/hidraw0
