I have updated all my packages to use SPDX license identifiers*.

*In all cases I could make a reasonable decision on the main license is, but some are a bit muddy because they amalgamate various different licensed code.

@micwoj92 Thanks for the heads up - I think many of my packages don't use valid SPDX license IDs so I'll batch fix them during this week if time allows.
