The package appears to build fine for me, so the source link being broken may have been a temporary outage. Could you clarify the dependency problems you had? I'm not seeing any.

The package installs /usr/bin/nant with rwx permission for root
and just x for the rest. It needs to chmod +r /usr/bin/nant
so the script can be executed.

I made an updated PKGBUILD for this, but I haven't uploaded it yet because it failed to build opensimulator. I don't know if this was the basic "vanilla" opensimulator or the one I had been modifying the code of. I'll be testing it against the latest release of opensimulator later today.
