Can somebody share commands for compile from test.ms -> test.pdf with unicode letters (Cyrillic and etc.)?

The PKGBUILD hasn't been updated in a while and seems too complex for all the new build system changes in neatroff_make. If you need any help maintaining the PKGBUILD let me know.
