PKGBUILD is broken. Remove "+${_mintrel}" from line 23 and 38 to make it build correctly.

nemo-dropbox has a release version 2.2.0-qiana: http://packages.linuxmint.com/pool/main/n/nemo-dropbox/nemo-dropbox_2.2.0+qiana.tar.gz

I was able to get this working by following the alternative installation instructions at the dropbox website. After setting up dropbox with their instructions, I downloaded the tarball from this page, removed dropbox from the depends section of the PKGBUILD file, ran makepkg and installed with no problems.
