This override should be a one time fix:

Sorry, I won't have time to look into this for the next few weeks. It should really be fixed upstream because at least two other systemd-based distributions ship netbird:

https://repology.org/project/netbird/versions

and the goal of moving to upstream systemd units was to avoid (badly) duplicating their logic on our side.

this fix is needed to the service file (remove %i from the --daemon-address):

logs seem to work too

I unflagged 0.59.2, there's no reason to push it to Linux users. 0.59.1 only changes Windows-specific code, and 0.59.2 doesn't change any code at all, only nginx configs which we do not use.

I'm not getting any log files in /var/log/netbird after deleting /etc/netbird/main.json, enabling the service, and doing netbird up.

Additionally, netbird up --log-file console does not print any output.

Can you please confirm these (2) both work for you?

As this got renamed back in July, shouldn't this either be merged into netbird-bin or deleted from aurweb? :)
