Your package points to the (upstream) URL https://docs.netmaker.io/netclient.html When I load that, I get redirected to https://docs.netmaker.io/404

Hi I tried to install netclient-bin but I stumbled upon this error message:

==> Validating source_x86_64 files with sha256sums...
    netclient-0.30.0-x86_64 ... FAILED
==> ERROR: One or more files did not pass the validity check!
 -> error downloading sources: ~/.cache/yay/netclient-bin 
     context: exit status 1

I suspect that the sha256 checksum is not correct:

  • stated in pkgbuild: sha256sums_x86_64=('2a8be0246738ecf52211e1bf71cae00ee062f642c1f0517f814cc9a7de879405')

  • computed locally:

> sha256sum ./netclient-linux-amd64 
c140b66003ba48a97f4a5a3a1728a79d527049737eacb003cd54daada450dd90  ./netclient-linux-amd64

The netclient download URL in the PKGBUILD doesn't seem to be working:

curl: (22) The requested URL returned error: 404
