Can you please install libnethogs.h to /usr/include/libnethogs.h like in https://github.com/archlinux/svntogit-community/blob/packages/nethogs/trunk/PKGBUILD

Can you, in accordance with the VCS packaging guidelines, strip off the leading
vfrom$pkgver?Having done, I suggest (only a suggestion), to change
provides=("nethogs")toprovides=("nethogs=${pkgver}").Thanks for maintaining,
