No it is not. I provide a script that does network namespacing, and parameters are a bit different. Are you missing a specific parameter?

You need to make the license identifier SPDX compliant: 

netinstall E: custom is not a valid SPDX license identifier. See https://spdx.org/licenses/ for valid identifiers, or prefix the identifier with 'LicenseRef-', if it is custom.

Seems to be broken. Wrong checksums and if set to SKIP it does not build.
