Make sure to edit your LICENSE KEY in /etc/php/conf.d/newrelic.ini. Since version 3.0 and higher, u no longer needs to run Newrelic Daemon. It will be started on demand. So all you need to do is edit the license key. Restart php-fpm, nginx,...
