The upstream url and the download link should be updated, as this project moved from gitlab to github.
Quoting the description of the gitlab repo:

!!!! MOVED TO GITHUB !!!! This project has been moved to https://github.com/eneiluj/gpxpod . Not because I like GitHub but all the Nextcloud ecosystem and tools are there.
