Unfortunately nexys2prog should run with root permissions. Otherwise urjtag exits with segfault. :( Oct 21 08:18:45 localhost kernel: jtag[2906]: segfault at 54 ip 00007f27b3aaab10 sp 00007fff84126528 error 4 in liburjtag.so.0.0.0[7f27b3a8a000+a9000]
