npm is required as a makedepends, can you include it please

You should consider including a service file as well: https://github.com/github/hubot/blob/master/examples/hubot.service

Why are you downloading the tgz and not using it? You should pass the file to npm install. nodejs-coffee-script dependency seems to be missing as well.
