Yes vlc 1.1.13 + '--enable-mozilla' works good with mozilla 9.0.1, but if small patch applied. http://pastebin.com/q15duvfJ (I have found it in google)

Yeah, the current [extra]'s vlc package doesn't include the mozilla plugin ('--enable-mozilla') because it's supposed to be incompatible with the latest firefox versions. Is that what you're talking about? Because this package can be used with 1.1.13 (the latest stable one) anyway.

Hello, vlc-git as a bit unstable, so I managed to build stable vlc release with mozilla plugin support. I think archlinux is lack of this. Should I create new aur package?
