Yes, it depends on the FUSE driver. Assuming https://gitlab.archlinux.org/archlinux/packaging/packages/ntfs-3g/-/merge_requests/3 is what you're referring to, it looks like the FUSE driver will still be in the "ntfs-3g" package. So no change is needed to this package.

Does this depend on fuse driver?
ntfs-3g will be separated to 2 packages. Depend on ntfsprogs if possible.
