No, depending on ntfs-3g is correct. The ntfs-3g package on Arch Linux includes libntfs-3g and the development files needed to build applications that link against it. There is no separate package for the library.

Looks like it requires libntfs-3g instead, which collides with the ntfs-3g* packages.
