I have taken over this package for mclang, I'm back to using Mono and NUnit for some things, and I used to maintain the dotnet ecosystem for Gentoo way way way way back when. There were some changes between 3.9.0 and 3.11.1 (hence the -2) but it should work, feel free to let me know if any issues arise.

I haven't used Mono or NUnit-Console runner in ages because all my work has been migrated to dotnet core and related tools. Furhtermore I don't currently have Arch Linux installed on any of my computers, so I can't update this package.
