unity team released new version on 4-2-2014

Ok. So 4.0.6 does not work with Unity 7! I've had to downgrade this to 4.0.3. Please do not ask me to upgrade it. I will upgrade it to 4.0.6 when the Unity team release a tarball that works for it. If you need a higher version of nux, just change the version number in the pkgbuild. The source link is flexible so changing the version number will be enough. You can also use nux-bzr. I'd like to say a big thank you to Xiao-Long Chen for his patches.

Just update this to the latest 4.0.6 tarball. This should now work with Unity 7

Just adopted. Will update once I've finished with Unity.

The required patch was applied in the glew 1.9.0-2, so you can build nux and unity packages from AUR now.
Comment by ttyso4
I uploaded a package 'glew-unity' including the patch.

I reported the problem here:

@ImNtReal: there is a bug in the glew package. You have to rebuild glew with this patch:
http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-branches/ubuntu/raring/glew/raring/view/head:/debian/patches/git_glxew_export_fix.patch
It was already fixed in git, so it will be fixed in the next release.

I can't seem to get this to build. Does anybody know where I should start troubleshooting this one?

Comment by MrMen
It shouldn't be added because it's part of base-devel.
Comment by thebodzio
I think pkg-config should be added to makedepends.
