I don't know, I don't make nvflash or control when it gets updates, the linux version gets less updates.

Does the latest version ( 5.414.0 ) support the RTX cards? If not will it be updated to support the RTX cards?

I fixed the package
I'm not that great at this, so I did what I could, I used wget as the nvflash provider no longer serves permalinks, if this breaks you can mark it and I'll fix it, or if you know a better way to handle this let me know.

This is a binary file which you shouldn't install through AUR anyway, just download and unzip from https://www.techpowerup.com/download/nvidia-nvflash/

You all should had flag the package as out of date.

Download link has stopped working, and the host uses MD5 sums now.

Current source link: http://uk2-dl.techpowerup.com/files/3x8kV6qdLC3Lu-9j7Fvx6g/1528644698/nvflash_5.414.0_linux.zip

MD5: FF3055C9A147652827B7EF0D36502FE5 (verifiy the sum at https://www.techpowerup.com/download/nvidia-nvflash/)

As slashme says the source file is now "nvflash_linux", and must be set in the PKGBUILD as well.

slashme commented on 2017-11-22 07:45 (UTC)

The download link in PKGBUILD doesn't work: it results in "410 gone". After manually downloading the file the checksum passes, however the extracted binary is called "nvflash_linux" while the package() script expects it to be just "nvflash".
