It works for you because you have stuff configured inside your obapps. Try to move your rc.xml to rc.xml.bak, delete everything you got inside your obapps application then restart obapps. You'll get the same error than cmorgenstern.

ps: in my tarball I forgot wxpython2.8 in the dependencies, correct that if you use it.

I propose a new package for that which depends explicitely on extra/wxpython2.8. Obapps works here well with wxpython 3.0.2.0-1

I also tried the pkgbuild below, same scenario. This app worked for me up until around 4 months ago, updated x86_64 & i686 i get same error. Both deps are installed.
