Update to version 2.56 along with minor PKGBUILD changes (maintainer email, fix for license string)

The version is still 2.54, however the SHA256 hash has changed.

Updated hash and everything seems like it's ok now.

Checksum doesn't work anymore:

==> Validating source files with sha256sums... objconv-2.52.zip ... FAILED ==> ERROR: One or more files did not pass the validity check!

${CFLAGS} and ${LDFLAGS} (set in makepkg.conf) should be used instead of -O2
