@Ionaowna I've disowned the package. My client has chosen to move away from odoo, and you just reminded me that this issue here was pending. Feel free to take over.

I have created AUR packages for the missing Python packages (python-ebaysdk, python-psycogreen, python-vatnumber).

@bidossessi, if you do not want to maintain version 11.0, please move this one to 'odoo10', as mentioned below.

@satriani Do you have the PKGBUILD for 11? It sounds like you have. Did you need to install one of those packages?

@bidossessi. Can you give us an update on your plans with this outdated package? Could you move it to a new package 'odoo10'? This would make it possible for someone else to take over and update to 11.

Just for info. For odoo 11 you need to install following sudo pacman -S python-pip sudo pip install -r /path/to/the/requirements.txt # Because of issue with the v2.7.3.0 https://github.com/psycopg/psycopg2-wheels/issues/2#issuecomment-324898857 sudo pip install psycopg2==2.7.3.2 that's it.

@bidossessi It looks like there will be no Python3 version of - python-pychart (orphaned 2014?!) Are you sure you need this one with Python3 support? Possibly ask Odoo (upstream)?! For the other ones, I may have the Python3 compatible PKGBUILDs versions ready to upload to AUR: - python-ebaysdk - python-ldap - python-psycogreen - python-vatnumber If you like to keep Odoo 10 present, better create a new package named 'odoo10' and flag the main one 'out-of-date'. How should we proceed?

@abdullatif, and anyone who wants an Odoo11 package: I've got a skeletal Odoo 11 package ready to push to the AUR, but at this point, I cannot invest time into making the missing packages myself; especially since I'm using odoo10 in production, and required the current package to remain as is. Here are, to the best of my knowledge, the dependencies missing from the repos (and the AUR): - python-ebaysdk - python-ldap - python-psycogreen - python-pychart - python-vatnumber Note that these are all Python3 packages (in case it wasn't obvious from the names). Please let me know when these deps are available in the AUR. Alternatively, you are welcome to use the PKGBUILD from this package as a base to make your very own "Odoo".

Hi everybody, when will you update this package to odoo v11? Or can you just provide your odoo v11 PKGBUILD file, thus I can test it. Thanks @bidossessi

There's some controversy on the Odoo 11 front right now. I'm going to wait a little while before updating this package to the latest version.
