I think this package would better be considered for deletion, as there is no development happening in either bzr or git VCS repositories.

I see that you still have the stable package: oggfwd.

Hi,

The bzr repo is hidden and discontinued. Last revision: r13 (2011-04-08).

Developer has migrated their code to git:

https://r-w-x.org/r/oggfwd/commits/branch/master

It has newer code, though development has also been discontinued as well since 2015.

Nevertheless, the build also fails to checkout sources:
