This version has been built with the nvidia-cg-toolkit plugin, sets the ResourceManager strict to off and enables nodeless positioning

This is required to build both rigsofrods and stuntrally

What is the difference with ogre https://archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/ogre/ ?

New ogre version is ogre-next https://archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/ogre-next/
