removing libx264 breaks dependency 'libx264.so=152-64' required by ffmpeg

Actually, just fixed the problem now. Boost should no longer be required.

@MageJohn Hmmm, that's weird. I thought I removed all boost usage from OMP. I'll fix it later today when I have time. Thanks for the heads up!

Hey! You're missing boost from the dependencies, this wouldn't build until I added it.
