You should add "options=(!strip)" to this PKGBUILD, otherwise it produces broken binaries, at least on my x86-64 system. (I guess SBCL doesn't like having its symbols removed. O'Caml seems to have this issue too.)

Thanks for updating! One question: Why do you use the debian binary instead of a source tarball? I think packages from binaries should be postfixed with -bin, so axiom-cas-bin in this case.

The latest 'Gold' version is from september and since the release cycle is 2 Months there should soon be one for November as well.
