Build fails with missing workspace dependencies (v0.7.0-7)

Build fails on Node v26.1.0 with pnpm 10.33.2. The @open-design/daemon package attempts to compile before its workspace dependencies (@open-design/platform, @open-design/sidecar, @open-design/sidecar-proto) are built, resulting in 13 TS2307 "Cannot find module" errors.
