Warning: OpenClaw 2026.7.1 could not recognize python packages installed by uv. This may cause some tools like python-docx or python-pptx become unavailable. If you are using uv to manage python packages, ask your OpenClaw to write in your USER.md: The User uses uv to manage python packages, to run python scripts, use uv run python3.

confirmed upstream bug, already fixed on main (commit 96f0983a) but not yet in the most recent tagged release

After 2026.7.1-1 update, my openclaw cannot update my feishu, kimi, moonshot, qqbot plugin via npm to version 2026.7.1, and when I tried to update, it reports:
Plugin install failed: npm view produced incomplete package metadata
Tried:
Changing npm registry to official registry - don't work
Uninstall these plugins, installing from ClawHub instead - works, but when I'm trying to configure my feishu channel, openclaw configure still tries to get feishu plugin via npm, and report an error
Maybe this is a bug upstream. Consider report to upstream?

Some skills like blogwatcher depends on go. Should have go as an optional dependency?

Control UI missing solved. I runned openclaw doctor. The gateway service file changed its location in version 2026.5.3.

i'm still seeing the dashboard > control web ui on my end. this recent upstream change regarding lazy-loading might be what'ss causing the issue for you:
you may want to try filing an issue upstream
