Seems not everything is properly included in the build dependencies...

@Kezi As for https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=245534 , I am facing problem building it with cmdline.c missing
Someone on irc channel told me that "it's looking for the cmdline.c in its own sources, not the one in the linux kernel"
Could you advise ?
