@uomorosso: yes, I had the problem with CodegenFMUCommon. I run it with extra-x86_64-build and the package works, so in my case it suggests that my fmilib package is somehow corrupted. If you post the problem on the thread surely someone more capable of me could give help.

However, about 8 weeks ago the source code of Openmodelica has been changed in the structure. I tried a while to make it works with some little modifications, but I found it deeply different.

Hi everyone, I've just tried to update the package to the latest version through pikaur, but it fails with the following error: https://pastebin.com/Zetj2UwZ Basically, it seems that omc is not able to find the class "realAlmostEq".

Since I've read here https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=1920334#p1920334 that someone else encountered the same error, is there someone which can help in fixing the PKGBUILD? I think that the problem lies there because in the past I've successfully installed the previous versions of OpenModelica using this AUR package.

@Atrali. if the problem is with gcc9-fortran you can try https://pastebin.com/Pn6zxcPz and after we will update it

Can we remove the dependency on GCC 9? It seems to build on the latest GCC 10 after this got merged: https://github.com/OpenModelica/OpenModelica/issues/6747

@Scimmia - it isn't clear to me what would be wrong with the package build. Could you elaborate?

For the last time, read the VCS package guidelines wiki page. You haven't fixed anything, just broken more things. In it's current state, NOBODY should be using this PKGBUILD.

The PKGBUILD has been updated. Dependencies has been modified according to the https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=1920334#p1920334. Please let me know if it works.

@ElMaestro No problem! Meantime I managed to solve the qwt_plot.h file not found error. This PKGBUILD https://pastebin.com/dt53fa8i works perfectly (at least on my PC) by simply issuing the makepkg command. To solve I had to add this line: options=('!buildflags') so that to avoid to use the build flags defined in makepkg.conf.

@Xwang, I have got some problems: it doesn't make me do the git push, it seems that after the July server upgrade my public key doesn't want to work, and I'm trying from yesterday to solve it. I'll have to ask into the forum.

I apologize for it

@ElMaestro Today I've tried again in a clean folder with this PKGBUILD https://pastebin.com/mAkjc4gz (where I had to comment out again the source and md5sums because otherwise it didn't work at all). It worked in this way (workaround for makepkg issuing a qwt_plot.h file not found error even with qwt correctly installed at building time): 1) execute makepkg -s -o in the folder containing the PKGBUILD 2) cd src/OpenModelica" 3) ./build.sh 4) make -j1 5) cd ../.. (to the folder containing the PKGBUILD again) 6) makepkg -R

@ElMaestro Up to some days ago the PKGBUILD used to work (executing the configure and bild in a bash to workaround the qwt_plot.h file not found issue). Since yesterday evening it has stopped. I do not know if something has changed in the git repository or something has changed on my machine.
