Because I use the infinality patches...

My build works again now...and doesn't include the infinality patches...I don't see the point in doing that...

Really, why do these exist? My pkgbuild - the original - always puts the .so files in the correct directory, no matter which version or fork of openoffice you run.

I don't get it.

i have tried both packages. Since dependency for libreoffice change fonts look blurred and different from my system config. Before that fonts looked nice as it should be.

Package has been split in two now. This package here is for those running openoffice. For people running libreoffice go here:

Now openoffice was changed to libreoffice, now fonts looks ugly.

Fixed for now but the package won't work with openoffice now because of the dependency change. Have to find a way to make the package more dynamical.

Seems like the dependency for libreoffice has changed to go-openoffice in the latest update today.

When I do a 'pacman -Syu' today, I've got this error:
---------------------------------
looking for inter-conflicts...
error: failed to prepare transaction (could not satisfy dependencies)
:: openoffice-uglyfix-freetype2-infinality: requires openoffice-base
---------------------------------
What my cause the problem? I'm using LibreOffice.

This should work for libreoffice already

Great hack dude! Are you bringing this to LibreOffice as well?
Btw, for the improved rendering to apply I had to create an .Xresources or .Xdefaults file (not sure which, since I created both at the same time :-p ) with the following settings:
Xft.autohint: 0
Xft.lcdfilter: lcddefault
Xft.hintstyle: hintfull
Xft.hinting: 1
Xft.antialias: 1
Xft.dpi: 96
Xft.rgba: rgb

Updated version of the openoffice-uglyfix-freetype2 package but this one uses the infinality patch instead.
