Updated PKGBUILD https://gist.github.com/radiosilence/5955802 Also fixed a bunch of compile options that were making OpenResty break when run unprivileged, and also conflict with other versions of nginx on the system. Also put the prefix as where things expect to look for it (/usr/local/openresty) to fix compatibility issues.
