This package installs 2 services but doesn't activate them.

To activate them use rc-update command to - add opentmpfiles-dev to the sysinit runlevel - opentmpfiles-setup needs to be added to boot runlevel

I am no longer interested in openrc, disowning pacakge.

The files this package installs are only useful for systems with openrc installed, also the *.install file uses openrc-specific commands. This code was split off from openrc into a separate project and you can run openrc without having this installed. A better description would be something like this : Utility for handling systemd-style tmpfiles.d settings on systems booting openrc

Why does this as a "standalone utility" depend on openrc? It seems that optdepends for the openrc services would be better suited.
