Version 3.45.3 currently experiencing crashes with VSPAERO. You might prefer in the meantime to use the official Debian-compiled binaries, packaged as openvsp-bin in the AUR, which do not exhibit this problem: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/openvsp-bin

Any help solving the problem greatly appreciated.

Version 3.43.0 currently experiencing crashes with VSPAERO. You might prefer in the meantime to use the official Debian-compiled binaries, packaged as openvsp-bin in the AUR, which do not exhibit this problem: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/openvsp-bin

Arch-compiled VSPAERO crashes on a simple wing in vortex lattice mode after ~4 seconds of computation, and crashes immediately in panel mode. Any help solving the problem greatly appreciated.

Painful error near the end:

cp: cannot stat 'python': No such file or directory
==> ERROR: A failure occurred in package().
    Aborting...

You can bypass that by commenting https://aur.archlinux.org/cgit/aur.git/tree/PKGBUILD?h=openvsp#n103

Seems to start with that hack.

setting this back temporarily to 3.41.1. VSPAERO currently crashing in 3.42.x

seems like the line with: cp -r python needs to be removed.
