It appears that a detached HEAD state was pushed and that was preventing AUR helpers from updating. I have manually resolved the issue and changed the CI to hopefully prevent these issues in the future.

@slav try clearing the cache folder of whatever AUR helper you use (or if you don't use one just delete the "opera" folder that you ran makepkg in) and reattempt installing the package (if you don't use an AUR helper you will need to download the PKGBUILD again).
