Can't bump waf to 2.0.12 myself yet, so you need to do it yourself (just remove line that installs building-waf.md and bump) or revert last commit of this package

Well, it was just created, so there's that!

Ah, didn't see/know about the oregano-git package. That's perfect, thanks a lot again.

I've made this package specific to the most recent v0.83 release git tag. There's also an oregano-git package (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/oregano-git/) that pulls from master and builds as debug instead of release.

It is actually 0.8.3.0 and it would be nice if you did a 'debug' build for the near future - this is mainly because the internals are being bent to a sane state and bugreports tend to be better with a full stacktrace. For the matter of completeness, oregano's bugtracker is here https://github.com/drahnr/oregano/issues?state=open

The requirments are correct, as this is the gtk2 based version. Marc Lorber (at github) did port it to gtk3. I will disown this package, as I currently to not have time to get into this and do it properly.

The gtksourceview dependency is not in any of the repos... shouldn't it be gtksource view3? The deps on the git page are listed as libgtksourceview3.0, goocanvas-2.0 & libxml2 (from: https://github.com/marc-lorber/oregano#readme)

Didn't know somone picked it up, just pushed it to gitorious. I will see what changes between 0.69.1-1 and 0.73 were done and change the pkg according. Thanks for noting!

I don't know enough about oregano to know if it is the official oregano at a new home, or if someone has picked up a dead project, but marc-lorber's branch at https://github.com/marc-lorber/oregano seems to be very active and is up to version 0.73 at https://github.com/marc-lorber/oregano/tags . It looks like Debian has switched to using this source for their oregano package in testing and unstable (http://packages.qa.debian.org/o/oregano.html), so I think it's fair to follow suit and treat it as a newer oregano. Looks like you can download the latest release version as a tarball at https://github.com/marc-lorber/oregano/tarball/v0.73
