where "неопределённая ссылка" is "undefined reference". I don't understand, freeglut is in the system.

It is possible that there is an error with the openjpeg library. To correct:

  1. Uninstall the obsolete version of openjpeg 1.5.2.
  2. Install the new openjpeg2 version
  3. Recompile ossim with the fix
  4. Recompile GDCM without openjpeg support.

because you don't use yay ... Read the wiki ! You will not have more help as it's a very basic thing in archlinux based distribution

Nope sorry still don't get it. There is no orfeo-toolbox folder in ~/.cache/yay/
