I ran into an issue compiling 6.0.0-1 where it would bail at around 64% for otbSFSTextureExtraction.cxx.o but a patch was supplied upstream at https://bugs.orfeo-toolbox.org/view.php?id=1430

Thanks by updating. Please add "qwt5" as a dependencie package.

Thank you femtomatic for the update :-) I was looking to add support for monteverdi when 5.8 came out, but I couldn't find the required information. I have updated the PKGBUILD to support this and I will remove monteverdi packages from AUR.

Thanks for the update to 5.10 ArArgyridis! By the way for those interested in Monteverdi, it is now included in the main Orfeo-toolbox package since 5.8. All you need is the qwt5 package (in the Community repo) as an additional dependency. Then add those lines to "cmake" in the PKGBUILD: -DOTB_USE_GLEW=ON \ -DOTB_USE_QWT=ON \ -DQWT_INCLUDE_DIR=/usr/include/qwt5 \ -DQWT_LIBRARY=/usr/lib64/libqwt5.so \ Here's a pastebin to my PKGBUILD: http://pastebin.com/PjmpbeKX Also, I believe this means the Monteverdi2 package is now obsolete. I haven't been able to build it for a while now anyways and it hasn't been updated since may 2016. So the question is, should Monteverdi be included in the orfeo-toolbox package since it's now the upstream default or should there be a separate package (otb-monteverdi for example)? I can volunteer to maintain such a package if anyone is interested. Cheers!

Updated ordeo toolbox to 5.8.0

Thanks for the info qs9rx and sorry for the long delay. Now it is updated to 5.6.1

5.4.0 has been moved to https://www.orfeo-toolbox.org/packages/archives/OTB/OTB-5.4.0.tgz However, 5.6.0 is out! Requires some minor changes to paths in the PKGBUILD, however it fails to build for me.
