makepkg fails if ROS_* environment variables are set.

To fix this just before the cmake invocation I added:
unset -v ROS_ROOT

Orocos uses xpath for reading manifest.xml files. You therefore may want to add this optional dependency: perl-xml-xpath
To make that work, the following modification of UseOROCOS-RTT-helpers.cmake is needed:
