@rabin I was not able to fix them. Still the same warning.

Using up to date package (1.11.0), libwrap does not exists anymore

/usr/sbin/Orthanc --config=/etc/webapps/orthanc/config.json
/usr/sbin/Orthanc: error while loading shared libraries: libwrap.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Also orthanc version is 1.12.0 now

Don't pay attention to the warning appearing during compilation. Arch Linux is not providing the 3.x branch of OpenSSL yet. While this doesn't cause any lack of feature or trouble during the execution of the program, this is a license issue.
