Some things were changed in an incompatible way with v0.8.0 (the structure of the config file, for example)! - See details in the change log and in the README.

@arathis: Thus, it seems to be a problem of pamac-cli.

I managed to build it with the pamac GUI. The problem occured only in the CLI version of pamac.

I could not reproduce that problem. I just built the package successfully - even in a clean chroot.

How do you try to build the package? With makepkg? I just tried this as well (makepkg -sc). Worked without problems.

Well that was fast. And it works too.

I get another error I can't solve atm:

==> Beginne prepare()... Updating crates.io index Downloaded version_check v0.9.4 error: failed to download replaced source registry crates-io

Caused by: failed to create directory /.cargo/registry/cache/index.crates.io-6f17d22bba15001f

Caused by: Read-only file system (os error 30)

Seems there is no .cargo directory yet. Not sure, if that is a problem with your package or cargo itself.

@arathis: Should be corrected. Please try again. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi, really appreciate your efforts in this project, as all other otr tools have deceased as it seems. I tried installing the package, but the checksum isn't consistent. The one in the PKGBUILD isn't the one otr-v0.7.1.tar.gz has.

I tried correcting this while installing, but pamac doesn't use my alteration. Hope you can fix this soon.
