Major update from 3.3 to 4.0 Please see [the upgrading instructions] in the online documentation. http://otrs.github.io/doc/manual/admin/4.0/en/html/upgrading.html Changed the location of the configuration files: 1) GenericAgent.pm move /usr/share/webapps/otrs/Kernel/ to /etc/webapps/otrs 2) scheduler_watchdog move from /usr/share/webapps/otrs/var/cron/ to /etc/webapps/otrs mariadb, apache and mod_perl move from depends to optdepends

move OTRS from /srv/http to /usr/share/webapps
