@REmorin I fixed the source, but I haven't moved to a later version because I don't see evidence that an official release has been made since 2017. The PDF documentation is also not available online anymore, so it's not included.

You can make a p99-git package if you'd like, but I don't have much interest in this package anymore so I probably won't.

Hi, the links seems to be (partially) broken:

==> Retrieving sources...
  -> Downloading p99-2017-06-29.tgz...
  % Total % Received % Xferd Average Speed Time Time Time Current
                                 Dload Upload Total Spent Left Speed
  0     0    0     0    0     0      0      0 --:--:-- --:--:-- --:--:--     0
curl: (60) SSL: no alternative certificate subject name matches target host name 'p99.gforge.inria.fr'
More details here: https://curl.se/docs/sslcerts.html

curl failed to verify the legitimacy of the server and therefore could not
establish a secure connection to it. To learn more about this situation and
how to fix it, please visit the web page mentioned above.

If I switch to http, I get:

==> Validating source files with sha512sums...
    p99-2017-06-29.tgz ... FAILED
    p99-2017-06-29-refman.pdf ... FAILED

Btw, it seems there is a newer 2020-06-29 version?

And also, maybe make p99-git, because the commits are more recent than the version above?
