I think it may be worth the maintainer switching to a more up-to-date fork: https://github.com/MohamedElsiddig/pachook

This package should be named pachook-git, since its the development version. The pachook package should use a release tarball (or zip archive, or at least a fixed commit or tag, not use the HEAD). I suspect that is the reason for the failure to install : $ pacaur -S pachook ... :: pachook package(s) failed to install. Check .SRCINFO for mismatching data with PKGBUILD.
