Thanks for setting this up, makes using packer a lot easier :)

So if I understand correctly:

There are two Packer builders for ARM architecture
solo.io maintains packer-plugin-arm-image on GitHub
mkaczanowski maintains packer-builder-arm on GitHub
laura7089 maintains AUR packages for both builders (this one and packer-plugin-arm-image)

In that case, it looks like you've got the wrong upstream URL for packer-builder-arm-image. Could you update that both in the PKGBUILD and the AUR metadata?
