If
/etc/pkglist.txtis a path internally used by some tools (e.g. AUR helper), please add rhem tooptdepends.If this is just your personal setting, delete this package.

@oech3: Not sure what happened to your and my last comment. Maybe I deleted it by accident? In any case I undeleted it now.
Anyway, I don't understand your questions. They are missing words or have typos which make it hard for me to understand. Do you have an issue with this package? Do you have a suggestion for a change?

I know wiki suggests the path. But this pkg itself is not marked as depends and no info about hardcoded path. (fixed typo)

Is
