@adamant.pwn, I can build it without any problem. This seems to relate to crates-io on github. Can you access registry on https://github.com/rust-lang/crates.io-index ?

It doesn't compile with if lto is in OPTIONS flags in makepkg.conf.
It is necessary add this line to PKGBUILD:

OPTIONS='!lto'
